We’re thrilled to share some exciting news! Following our recent success with Ayrshire Business Women, The People Portfolio has gone on to achieve national recognition. Earlier this month, at the Association of Scottish Businesswomen (ASB) Conference in Perth, we proudly scooped the Most Enterprising Business 2025 award.
This prestigious accolade was fiercely contested, with finalists drawn from winners across all ASB affiliate groups, making the competition incredibly strong. Our win celebrates the impact of our Return to Work Programme, designed to support women who have stepped away from employment due to menopause symptoms. This initiative is part of our commitment to women in business in Scotland, helping them regain confidence and thrive in the workplace.
Independent judge Louise Peters praised our approach, noting that The People Portfolio “had an ability to spot opportunities and adapt to clients’ needs, bringing new products not traditionally done by this type of business (award-winning products) showing adaptability.” This recognition highlights our focus on business innovation in Scotland and our ability to deliver solutions that truly make a difference.
