I am a seasoned consultant with diverse experience in recruiting across agencies, in-house settings, and RPOs. My skills encompass facilitation, training, career coaching, outplacement management, and the strategic use of psychometrics. I am dedicated to empowering individuals and cultivating meaningful professional connections.

Helen Tuohy

I am passionate about coaching and enabling others. As a highly motivated Human Resources Consultant, I am fundamentally people-centric. My innate ability to communicate, coupled with active listening skills and a deep passion for all things related to people, defines my inclusive style of consultancy.

Lisa McKay

I’m Lisa and I am an executive level HR Consultant, ICF Certified Coach and experienced facilitator.

I bring robust HR experience to the team, with knowledge across a range of sectors including energy, finance, education and social care.  As well as facilitation I support the one-to-one coaching aspects of The People Portfolio’s projects.

I’m a sales, marketing and communications specialist with over 30 years’ experience helping people and organisations build confidence and clarity in how they connect with others. I focus on practical, relationship-led approaches that help people articulate their value and have better conversations. I also build and host professional communities that support collaboration, peer learning and honest dialogue.

Nikki Tierney

I’m Nikki, an Organisational Development (OD) Consultant based in Scotland, assisting a global clientele. My expertise spans consultancy in Organisation Development, role reviews, team performance, and behavioural change. I design and deliver Capacity Development programs, facilitate diverse workshops, lead leadership development initiatives, and create instructional designs and blended learning solutions.
