The People Portfolio has been involved in projects relating to the menopause for a couple of years now. We ran cohorts of our women returners programme Return with Resilience specifically aimed at women of menopausal age in 2021 and 2022 and we have been working with Cornerstone on their Menopause Awareness Project since 2022.

Through this work we have seen first hand the impact that this support can have on the individuals directly affected, those who live and work with them, and on their employers. So when the opportunity to came up to become a licenced trainer through Henpicked Morna jumped at it.
