The People Portfolio has been awarded the title of Most Enterprising Business at the Ayrshire Business Women annual awards 2025 amongst stiff competition from four other worthy finalists.
The category description is that the award is given to a business that demonstrates a dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit. It recognises bold thinking, proactive leadership, and innovative approaches to growth and development. The winner having shown resilience, adaptability, and the courage to seize opportunities that drive their business forward.
Our submission focussed on our work supporting menopausal women at work and in particular the pilot of the Revive & Thrive returner programme as supported by Menopause in the Workplace by Henpicked. By winning this category we will now go forward to represent Ayrshire at the ASB Association of Scottish Businesswomen awards in November.
Morna was delighted to be presented with the award by the inspirational Lorna Farrell who was one of the independent panel of judges and Claire Leitch provost of East Ayrshire who is also doing tremendous work in smashing glass ceilings for women.
